The garden is lovely and sunny, has a patio area with outdoor seating for 4 to 6 people.

Holiday rentals offered by Whitstable Holiday Lets are offered under the following terms:

The Holiday Home is offered for holiday rent subject to confirmation by Whitstable Holiday Lets to the renter (the client).

To reserve the property the client should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with the initial non­-refundable deposit of £200. Following receipt of the booking the owner will send confirmation via e­mail, this is the formal acceptance of the booking.

The balance of the rent is payable not less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. If the payment is not received by the due date the owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. The client will remain liable for the balance of the rent unless the owner is able to re­let the property.

Cancellation refunds will be made if the owner is able to relet the property.

Reservations made within 6 weeks of the rental period require full payment at the time of the booking.

A damage deposit of £200 for every booking is required in case of damage to the property or its contents this is to be collected with the full balance payment 6 weeks prior to the holiday. The deposit will be refunded either via our preferred payment partner or directly to a British bank account unless there are breakages or damage.

The client is strongly recommended to arrange a travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party’s personal belongings, public liability etc since these are not covered by the owners insurance.

The rental period starts at 4.00pm on the first day and finish 10.00am on the last day

We expect the client to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition and report to us any defects in a timely fashion, if the house is not left clean and tidy this will affect the return of you deposit.

The owner shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the client or for any loss damage or inconvenience caused too or suffered by the client if the property is destroyed or damaged before the start of the holiday in such event the owner shall refund to the client all sums paid in respect of the rental period.

Under no circumstances shall the owners liability to client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the rental period.

No smoking or vaping in the property.

No parties or events at the property.

Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am, no loud music in the house after this time.

No guests in the garden after 10pm.
